• We do not charge you for this referral service.
• SSD professionals work with you on a contingency basis, meaning you don't pay anything unless you win.
• You will always review and sign that agreement directly with them.

This process exists to help you reach trustworthy SSD attorneys faster and safely — without uncertainty about costs or hidden terms.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting your information does not create an attorney-client relationship with Fortis Disability or any referred professional. That relationship begins only after you sign a written agreement with an attorney. This ensures you make your own informed choice.

4. Your Responsibilities
